At SmartFiinds, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Send us an email at support@smartfiinds.com within the 30-day timeframe with your Order # so we can assist you and provide your Return Material Authorization number.
Shipping
When it comes to shipping, please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable.
If you would like us to send you a return label for more convenience, we can certainly do that for you. Please note that the label cost will be deducted from your refund total.
For exchange requests, we will be the one to shoulder the cost of shipping out the replacement item/s.
Exchanges
Looking to swap for a different size or style? That is no problem at all! Provide us with the tracking number when you send the item back and once we confirm its on-route, we’ll swiftly dispatch the new size/style to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, kindly allow us 2 working days for sorting and inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Wrong item received
We sincerely apologize if there’s a mix-up with your order. We take full responsibility and are committed to rectifying it promptly. Please follow the below steps so we can assist you further:
Take a photo of the wrong item and include the packing slip, ensuring the stamp in the lower right corner is visible. (If the incorrect size was sent, please include a photo of the size tag)
Send the photos to support@smartfiinds.com and include your Order #.
Damaged/Defective items
Should you receive items that are defective or damaged, we can certainly replace them with the same item/s at no cost to you or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Just send us an email at support@smartfiinds.com with your concern. Please include a photo of the specific damage/defect.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly check with your credit card company or bank. The processing time differs with each credit card company/bank before a refund is posted.
